Shipping Process Guide

    • All orders will be scheduled for shipment at 2 PM KST (Korea Standard Time) on each working day. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be accommodated.

    • Our distribution centers do not send out packages on weekends or Korean holidays.

Easy & Safe Shipping Tracking

  • Once your shipment is dispatched and shipped from Korea Post, Korea post issues out the shipping tracking number.
  • We will upload this shipping tracking number on your order detail, so you can track down your shipment just by clicking it. The link will be directed to your country's post office website.
  • The shipping tracking number will be sent to your email as well.

Customs Duties & Policies

  • The receiver of an international package might have to pay customs duties once the shipment arrives in the recipient's country.

Delays / Unclaimed Parcels / Failed delivery

  • Please be advised that certain countries may impose additional customs clearance procedures, which are contingent upon the practices of their respective customs authorities. These procedures can potentially result in delays beyond the initially estimated shipping duration.
  • It is important to note that K-PLY does not assume responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, or any delays associated with customs processing within your country. Additionally, unclaimed parcels are not within the responsibility of K-PLY. Should a parcel be returned to K-PLY due to non-claim, a refund will be issued, subject to the deduction of the initial shipping fee.
  • Please be aware that failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or parcels lost during handling by the recipient country's postal service are not eligible for a refund.

Return Policy

Please note that K-PLY do not offer returns for orders.

  • Packages returned due to recipient absence/wrong or insufficient address will not be refunded. Make sure you check your zip codes and detailed addresses before checkout.

Damanged/Wrong Items Sent

  • Before contacting customer service, please prepare the following information:

    • Photos of Opened Package
    • Photos of Damaged/Wrong Items or Damaged Parts.

  • K-PLY covers all shipping fees for exchanges/refunds due to damaged or wrong items sent.

Missing Items

  • Before reaching out to customer service, please prepare the following:

  • If an item is missing from your order, contact our customer service (kply.cs@gmail.com) within 7 days after receiving your package.
  • K-PLY will cover all costs related to reshipping the missing item(s).
