Return Policy

Please note that K-PLY do not offer returns for orders.

  • Packages returned due to recipient absence/wrong or insufficient address will not be refunded. Make sure you check your zip codes and detailed addresses before checkout.

Damanged/Wrong Items Sent

  • Before contacting customer service, please prepare the following information:
    • Order Number
    • Photos of Opened Package
    • Photos of Damaged/Wrong Items or Damaged Parts.
  • Reach out to our customer service (kply.cs@gmail.com) within 7 days after receiving your package.
  • K-PLY covers all shipping fees for exchanges/refunds due to damaged or wrong items sent.

Missing Items

  • Before reaching out to customer service, please prepare the following:
    • Order Number
    • Photos of Opened Package
    • Photos of Items sent
  • If an item is missing from your order, contact our customer service (kply.cs@gmail.com) within 7 days after receiving your package.
  • K-PLY will cover all costs related to reshipping the missing item(s).
  • Once we approve your missing item claim, we'll immediately send the correct item to your address.
