Shipping Process Guide

  1. Add your chosen item(s) into your shopping cart.
  2. Confirm your selected item(s) and finalize the order.
  3. Once payment is made, the status of the order will show as “Purchase Completed.”
  4. Preparing Shipment
    • Allow us 2-3 business days to process and ready your order for shipment.
    • All orders will be scheduled for shipment at 2 PM KST (Korea Standard Time) on each working day. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation cannot be accommodated.
    • You may cancel your order at any time prior to 2 PM KST.
    • Our distribution centers do not send out packages on weekends or Korean holidays.
  5. Shipment in Progress
    • Tracking number and details can be checked on the My Shopping page.
  6. Shipping
    • Our shipping service provides door-to-door courier service.
    • We offer Standard Shipping and Express shipping service.
    • We exclusively use Korea Post and EMS as our preferred couriers to ensure accurate tracking and secure delivery of your shipments.
    • Standard shipping: Korea Post standard shipping service
    • Express shipping: EMS via Korea Post
    • The shipping times may vary depending on the destination country. Typically, standard shipping takes between 7 to 18 days, while express shipping generally takes 4 to 12 days from dispatch.

Shipping Fee

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Group A($15) / Group B($20) / Group C($25)
  • Express Shipping Fee: Group A($20) / Group B($30) / Group C($35)
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over Group A($80) / Group B($90) / Group C($110)
  • Free Express Shipping on all orders over Group A($90) / Group B($110) / Group C($140)
  • Please note that all shipping fees are subject to change at any time depend on the circumstances.

Easy & Safe Shipping Tracking

  • Once your shipment is dispatched and shipped from Korea Post, Korea post issues out the shipping tracking number.
  • We will upload this shipping tracking number on your order detail, so you can track down your shipment just by clicking it. The link will be directed to your country's post office website.
  • The shipping tracking number will be sent to your email as well.

Customs Duties & Policies

  • The receiver of an international package might have to pay customs duties once the shipment arrives in the recipient's country.
  • Any extra charges for import clearance are the recipient's responsibility. K-PLY doesn't have influence over these fees and can't estimate what they might be.
  • Customs policies vary widely, so for more details, reach out to your local customs office.

 

Delays / Unclaimed Parcels / Failed delivery

  • Please be advised that certain countries may impose additional customs clearance procedures, which are contingent upon the practices of their respective customs authorities. These procedures can potentially result in delays beyond the initially estimated shipping duration.
  • It is important to note that K-PLY does not assume responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, or any delays associated with customs processing within your country. Additionally, unclaimed parcels are not within the responsibility of K-PLY. Should a parcel be returned to K-PLY due to non-claim, a refund will be issued, subject to the deduction of the initial shipping fee.
  • Please be aware that failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or parcels lost during handling by the recipient country's postal service are not eligible for a refund.
